In general, physical health is the well-being of our own body. If we take good care of our physical health, our body functions normally, and we can do the things we normally do on a day-to-day basis. Managing our physical health can be achieved by the following:
1. Physical activity through exercise which can strengthen our body, increase our endurance, and make us flexible to do certain things;
2. Proper nutrition and diet by eating healthy food, nutrient and fluid intake which can make us feel good and happy about ourselves. It is said that if a person is happy, it also benefits our physical health;
3. Self-care by seeking emergency care for minor ailments such as cuts and bruises. If we take good care of our body, we can be physically healthy, and if we ignore taking care of ourselves, we will end up spending more money in a hospital and it can cause a lot of stress; and
4. Period of relaxation by getting quality sleep every day because our brain cannot function properly if we don’t get enough sleep.
