I had the same question when lockdown just started. I like practicing a lot of sport during the whole week, and is closed at home was affecting me in a bad way. I started watching some videos, which allowed me to do some exercises at home, and I feel healthy even if I am home and not riding my bike and exploring new places.
It is also good to maintain a diet because if you don't move much, you will get extra weight. A bit of exercise every day and a good diet will keep you very healthy.
