You have to remember that the body has different types of hormones that will be used. Two of the most common types of hormones that are commonly used are adrenaline and cortisol. Adrenaline will have the ability to increase your heart rate. When you are feeling excited, you can expect that your adrenaline levels are going to be high. This is why the term “adrenaline rush” has been created. Cortisol, on the other hand, is known as the stress hormone.

This is usually released more when a person is feeling stressed out about something. Usually, this would increase the amount of sugar that would need to go around the body. It would also increase the number of substances that are meant to repair the different tissues of the body.
