Whenever this kind of thought is striking your mind, it shows you want freedom. To stop being superstitious is very simple only if you are ready to follow the few steps which I'm going to provide here. The first step to take is to be ready to know the origins of any superstition you have believed. This is necessary because you might actually get to know that, what you have believed were actually cooked up by some people. By doing this, you will know the reasons behind the superstitions you have believed.

Let me throw some light here; do you know some things were framed up solely because of safety, bad occurrences were only attached to them to scare people. Another step to take is to believe that those superstitions are void of logical explanation. Those superstitions seem very true because you believe them. Also, try as much as possible not to believe any superstition that is intruding your peace and comfort.
