The concept of superstition is something that has been for a long time, and its effects on people, societies are increasing on daily basis. The reason as to why do people believe in superstitions can be narrowed down to ignorance. I've talked to a lot of people on issues relating to superstitions, and the information I've been able to get shows that majority of the people who are superstitious do not really have an iota of knowledge or truth about what they are believing.

A lot of superstitions came into being because the natural information that should explain them has been manipulated. There are a lot of people who are good in framing up things; ideologies, beliefs that are nothing but fake. People keep believing superstitions because they are scared of the unknown. And this has led them to a point where they can believe anything, as long as their fear will be taken away.
