Health is something you always have (in different levels). Wellness is the best your health can be. Health and wellness are two terms that are often used interchangeably. Though they may seem similar, there are differences between them. Health is not just the physical state of a person. It is also their mental state, hence the talk about mental health.
For one to be thought of as healthy, they must have excellent physical and mental health. Wellness refers to a way of living, and it is split into six sections, which include physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, and environmental.
