The correct answer to this question isYellow. To our eyes, the Sun is yellow, but the actual color is white. Being that white is not an option, the correct answer is yellow. The Sun looks yellow because the atmosphere of the Earth scatters color wavelengths.

These wavelengths do not easily scatter colors like red and yellow. However, it can easlily scatter colors like blue and violet. The sun itself emits white light. The light it emits is white because of the light's visible frequencies. Being that it is difficult for the Earth to scatter yellow, that is the color we see.
