It indeed relies on what angle you're getting and where. Especially in tropical territories, there are different parasites that can contaminate the water(and the fish that swim in it). Most are safe for people, however not all. Solidifying and cooking can work for the most part slaughter these pests - yet may not denature the poisons the parasites deliver. Furthermore, apparently, some fish are lethal or have poisonous organs. Many fish have fluke eggs and different parasites which will occupy your liver or stomach related tracts for the rest of your life.

They can cause contamination, diseases and now and again harm which can bring about growths framing. That harm could be with you for quite a long time or decades after you are saved and could render whatever is left of your life an unsavory arrangement of ailments until your passing.
