Hungry baby milk will not significantly help baby reflux. Most HV's suggest that hungry baby milk can be harder for most babies to digest and puts on lots more calories hence they suggest to give babies hungry baby milk on the last feed before bed.

Generally, it is said that thicker milk is actually supposed to be better for reflux babies, in fact they sometimes prescribe thickened milk for that very reason or you can just buy SMA Staydown which is thickened. Cow and Gate do a milk called Comfort which is supposed to be easier digested. Hence, they might help with reflux.
