Panic disorders have a large number of physical symptoms, but it has many emotional signs and symptoms as well. These include the following:

• Feelings of dread or impending death

• Difficulty concentrating

• Feelings of helplessness

• Dependency on those around you

• Inability to perform basic daily tasks

The emotional toll that a panic disorder places on a person is quite extreme. If the individual does not seek help immediately, the condition can quickly spiral out of control. It can reach a point where the person is incapable of functioning on a daily basis. If you notice that you are suffering from these emotional signs and symptoms on a regular basis, then you should seek medical help and professional counseling to deal with your panic disorder.
