The normal heartrate differs and depends on the person’s age, body size, heart condition and other conditions.

The pulse rate is known as the number of times your heart beats per minute, the normal resting rate should be around 60-100 beats which qualifies as bradycardia per minute for people around 18 years and above, however, it varies sometimes.

During exercise the heart beats goes up to around 130-150 beats per minutes. For children around the age of 6 to 15, their normal resting heart rate is between 70 and 100 bpm.

The heart rate sometimes falls beyond 60 while sleeping, the lower your heart rate is more efficient your heart is at pumping.
