Chemical change occurs when a substance transforms into a new material where it cannot be changed back to its original form. Substances that undergo chemical change do not automatically do not become poisonous.

An example of a chemical change is ripening of mango. When a green mango turns to yellow, chemical changes happen to turn its green color to yellow. Not only the color changes but the taste as well green green mangoes are sour but when they ripened they become sweet.

Base on the given example, a substance that undergoes chemical change does not become poisonous as you can enjoy the sweetness of the mango.
