The Steve Jobs theatre is the largest glass-supported infrastructure in the world and is powered 100% by renewable energy. The theatre is a collaboration between Steve Jobs and Fosters + Partners at Apple Park.

The theatre is inspired by Apple stores that have glass stairs, and glass showrooms. It can seat 1,000 people at a time and is very focused on user experience that there was careful measurement made to take into consideration the presenter and audience distance.

The theatre boasts not only its design but also the technology that it uses to awe the audience such as when an event is done, walls re-open and a seemingly permanent stainless-steel drum suddenly disappears to show a sun-lit venue.

The newly opened Steve Jobs theater concertize the eight years collaboration between apple and foster + partners at Apple park. According to the chief design office Sir Jonathan Ive, the Steve Jobs theatre provides opportunity for their friends and visitors to experience the apple park and also share in the excitement of their new product.

The Steve job theatre is positioned on top of a small hill. The root of the theater is lens shaped and it rest gently on the transparent 22-foot-tall and 135-foot diameter glass cylinder. It comprises of 44 radial panel which were assembled on site, all the services like the electric conduit, sprinkler pipes are invisibly integrated.

Other infrastructure includes the lobby which has an ambitious custom glass elevator. Also, the stone wall on the far side reveals the 1000-seater auditorium. Great attention was given to the sitting arrangement and geometry to ensure the closest relation between presenter and audience.

If it were not for Steve Jobs, there may not have been the phones we have today or even Apple. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on forever. One of the way it lives on is through the Steve Jobs Theater. This theater is at Apple Park and it will hold 1000 people.

The roof is in the shape of a lens and it is made of jewel. The roof sits atop a cylinder and the cylinder is 22 feet tall and 135 feet long. The roof is made of carbon fiber and it is the largest roof in the world to do so.

Steve Jobs Theatre was opened recently, and it contains the eight-year coming together of Apple and Foster, as well as Partners at Apple Park. The infrastructure to talk about here is just quite much, which includes the carbon-fiber roof that happened to be the largest fiber roof that is self-supporting and fully made carbon in the world. This roof has a 155-foot diameter and weighs 80.7 tons, which is broad enough to cover a Boeing 757 airplane completely. Another thing to talk about is the lobby glass. It happens to be the largest structure in the world that is glass supported. Each glass panel measures 9.8 foot by 22 foot and has conduits concealed in it. There are 44 silicon joints within these glass panels that house sprinkler pipes, data, security, audio, and power. Other things that are present there include the glass elevator, auditorium, stone wall and stone stairways, lower lobby, and probably a few more.

Steve Job's theater is an underground structure, which is a lecture hall. Its style is Neo-Futurist, and it is a glass structure located in Cupertino, Santa Clara County, California, United States of America. It has a completely open top floor. The purpose was to communicate the allure of the iPhone. Inside there is no visible frame, pipes, wires, or speakers to destroy the illusion. A glass frame supports the carbon fiber roof. Twenty of the thin joints that divide each glass panel house are created as water pipes for the sprinkler system itself hidden under dozens of lower circles in the carbon fiber roof.
