Losing weight can be one of the hardest things to achieve in a persons life. It takes a lot of dedication in working out and eating healthy. Despite that, sometimes the most dedicated person has issues with losing weight. To help them, they may take medications such as Alli or Xenical. Though both are used for weight loss, there are differences between how they work. Alli should be taken by a person that already has a low calorie diet. It comes in capsule form and helps block 25% of the fat that is absorbed. Xenical is an inhibitor that prevents food from being digested and absorbing any fat that is in food.
