If you regularly exercise, there is a big possibility that you will always come across these two terms: sets and reps. A rep is known to be the number of times that you have to do a certain exercise. So for example, if the trainer says that you would need to do a certain exercise for 15 reps, this means that you need to do the same exercise 15 times. When you say sets, this refers to the number of times that you need to repeat the whole exercise plan.

For example, one set will be composed of different types of exercise. If you need to do 3 sets of those, this means that you need to do all of the exercises three times. Exercising is not going to be easy but there are different things that you can do to make exercising more fun.
