There are a lot of people who have firm beliefs about different Chinese traditional herbs and treatments. Two of the ingredients that are mainly used are ginseng and Gingko Biloba. Where these are extracted are a bit different.

You can extract ginseng from the roots while Gingko Biloba can be extracted from the leaves and stems of the plant. One similar thing about these is that they are used for enhancing your memory and your overall strength.

They are also very effective in getting rid of stress. Another difference is the side effects that they can give. Ginseng is not known to give any side effects while Gingko Biloba may sometimes cause headaches and nausea especially if they are taken in high amounts.
