One of the main differences between tags and keywords is where you will find them in an article that you are checking out for example. The keyword will usually be placed within the whole content.

For example, the keyword is “Dogtag Brisbane,” you can expect that this keyword will be placed somewhere in the content. The tag will be placed by the content creator when the whole content is already done as one of the things that people can search for so that the content can become visible to those who are interested in it.

A tag that can be related to the keyword will be expected so that people can easily search for the content that they want.
