The teepee is known to be a tent that has been used by the Native Americans. The Wigwam, on the other hand, is a type of abode that was used by the Native Americans too. This means that the tent may have been used by the Native Americans when they needed a temporary place to stay or if they are setting up a more comfortable place while they are moving from one place to another.

The wigwam is something that is more comfortable for them. Take note that the materials that are used to create the two are also different. The teepee is usually made out of animal skin while the wigwam is usually made out of wood, branches, and some birch bark sheets.
