PCOS is a medical condition in women whereby the hormones are not stabilized. The majorly affected sites are the ovaries. On the other hand, endometriosis is also a medical condition whereby there is an abnormal growth of the endometrial cells outside the uterus. The growth areas are found in the pelvis and/or fallopian tubes, in worse situations in the brain or liver and lymphatic system.

Medical conditions, the PCOS, and endometriosis affect only women, while the ovary is the major site of both medical conditions. The symptoms of PCOS are easily identified, while for endometriosis cases, they are asymptomatic whereby, the symptoms do not show.

Treatment for the PCOS may range from rest, diet modification, and exercise. Medications for PCOS could also be given to deal with the diseases and to support pregnancies in the case whereby there is simultaneous occurrence. Medical treatment for endometriosis involves surgery, hormonal medications, and some other supportive medications.
