ADF stands for Oracle Application Development Framework. It is an innovative and efficient framework, which is an application development framework built on Java Enterprise Edition. It is meant to suit an essential purpose, which would be for creating fully functional web applications. It was once only used for those who paid for an Oracle WebLogic Server License. Now, it is available to everyone. The application is set up to handle a lot of information.

OA stands for the Oracle Application framework. It was based on Oracle's branded framework, which was used for creating web-based extensions. Over time, Oracle began generating products in HTML based pages. The application grew, and it wasn't before long that the HTML based user service and E-Business Suite made some significant developments. ADF does not support Oracle Application. OAF can be implemented to Oracle Application Server.
