The principal means most important, most prominent, chief, or main. It is a word with many different uses. It can be utilized as a noun or an adjective in many fields such as education, law, performing arts, music, finance, and science. The principle in commercial law means that the person has the power to authorize agents. In performing arts, you could have a star performer, which you could call the principal performer. In financial terms, you could be looking for the principal sum or managing principle. On the other hand, it refers to the practice and management of clients and the process involved in controlling your investments. It is a way to safeguard a high level of service. For example, a company makes a high profit with effective management, developing and leading teams with methods such as better communication. Essentially, managing principle demonstrates whatever is of the utmost importance in a business or company.

A managing principal is someone who is in charge of being a leader in a company. There are also times when someone who is called a managing principal is someone who has some shares in the business and would be a part of the planning and deciding process. The principal, on the other hand, is the one who will be assigned to a management position. The person cannot become a principal unless he/she is qualified to be one. There are some qualifications that are needed such as having a master’s degree and so much more. A principal cannot be called a principal too unless he/she has the right leadership skills that he/she would be able to make people listen to him/her and follow.
