Today, we count calories sometimes if we want to lose weight. However, you can find those calories on the outside of the packaging material of the food products that you buy at the grocery store. There may be 200 calories in serving of macaroni and cheese if it is made. However, it may come as a surprise to you that the serving is 200,000 calories. This is because calories are too small to measure.

Kcalories are larger. Therefore, the 200 calories in the serving are 200 kcalories. However, over time, it was easier just to put calories. The main difference between calories and kcalories is that kcalories are much larger and calories besides being much smaller can’t be measured.
