What is the difference between Brazilian wax and bikini wax?

Both Brazilian and bikini waxes focus on removing hair in the genital region.
Brazilian waxing focuses on the genital area and involves the removal of hair from the belly button area down to the anus. There is an option to have a thin strap of hair at the top of the vagina. This strip of hair is known as a landing strip.

The bikini wax is not the same as the Brazilian wax in that it removes a lesser amount of hair than its counterpart. A bikini wax removes hair around the bikini line. The landing strip in bikini wax is also larger. Bikini wax can be done with the bikini on.
