Seborrheic Keratosis is a long word for skin growth. They are spots or growths found on someone’s skin. Older people get these more often than younger people. There is nothing to be concerned about since they are not cancerous. You may want to have them removed if you don’t like them, but they will not make you sick.

On the other hand, melanoma is cancerous and can be dangerous. That is the main difference between the two, Seborrheic Keratosis and Melanoma. However, they are both similar in appearance, and you may not know if it is a benign Seborrheic Keratosis or a cancerous melanoma. Therefore, you will have to go to the doctor to find out. You will want it to be Seborrheic Keratosis.
