Judicial restraint is known to be the type of law wherein the judges will not be allowed to strike down a law. Judicial activism is known to be rulings that may be based on personal opinion as compared to what is the current law. Some say that judicial activism can be a bit bad on people because too much democracy might still be bad.

This issue is still being discussed by a lot of people and they have different opinions on whether this is good or bad. They can both be good to a certain extent but too much of it will not be good for anyone who is involved.
