Someone who has bipolar disorder will probably be happy one minute then will become depressed after some time. There are instances when the person would seem to be almost manic. Those who have schizophrenia will act differently. They will claim that they hear voices or they would have some hallucinations and delusions that they would assume to be true.

They may sometimes describe in detail certain things that they have assumed to occur even if those things did not happen at all. Some will also hear things that aren’t there. Some people with schizophrenia say that they are being urged by the voices that they listen to do things that they do not want to do at all.
