The United States congress consists of the Senate and the house of representatives, the Senate is also known as the upper chamber while the house of representatives similar known as the lower chamber. The US Congress is saddled with the responsibility of making laws together with some other constitutional rights. The US Congress, since it's constitution has made a lot of laws and some right decision about things brought before them.

But there's no way someone will be good always without any shortcomings, that’s exactly the point here, the United States congress has had their shares of bad comments and campaigns from critics who are not pleased by their decision about some issues. One example is the rejection of President Obama's health reform law by the 122th congress and they voted to get rid of it. And the sad thing is that, that would be the 33th times the affordable Care Act would be rejected.
