Will a human clone be the same as the original human mentally?

A human clone will be the same as the original in most ways such as looks and substance. There can never be an original such as the original, however...of anything or anyone. But yes, so to speak, it will be just as the original that it came from. That is, in essence, what cloning is. If a girl is cloned and she has blue eyes, her clone would have blue eyes as well. If she had a big temper, the clone would have one as well.

A clone is programed to be exactly identical to the original it was birthed from. I am sure there can be intentional changes made such as if they wanted a blue eyed girl to be cloned into a green eyed girl. But, aside from intentional differences, they would be the same.
