Molecular cloning involves some particular steps. First, there must be the isolation of the donor DNA fragment or else the donator gene. Once that is in place, there is the selection of a suitable vector which will be implemented. Next is the incorporation of the donor DNA fragment directly into the vector.

With this in place there is a process of transformation which involves the recombinant vectorto be placed into a suitable host cell. The isolation of the recombinant host cell is then administrated. The steps are not difficult ones which is scary because the cloning of anything can be a dangerous or wonderful thing. If it falls into the hands of the wrong person or country, there is no telling what could happen.
