Paracetamol is a well tolerated medications if administered within therapeutic dose. The most common adverse reactions reported from the use of paracetamol is constipation, nausea and vomiting. These side effects are usually mild.

Overdose of paracetamol can cause serious side effects like: liver damage, allergic reactions, flushing, rash and swelling.

Never take more than the recommended dose within 24 hours. It is important to check other medications that you are taking. Make sure you are not taking other drugs that contain paracetamol so you don't take overdose of the drug.
