What would the most appropriate response of the umpire if he is being heckled with profanity by a fan?

I was taught that both teams are ordered into their dug outs and a league official shall handle anything. It is up to the leagure how to handle it adn play will only resume if in the umpires judgement the play can resume and the situation has been handled to the umpires satisfaction. It would also be up to the league official who receives a forfiet if any.
