If you are looking for Mexican dishes which are low in fat, there are plenty of options you can choose from. Let go of chorizo sausage, cheese enchilada, tortillas, refried beans, burrito, quesadilla, tacos, pork carnitas, nachos, chimichangas and falutas because they are high in fat.

However, you can choose from any of the following Mexican dishes: 1) Chicken fajita which contains 3.5 grams, 2) Salsa which contains 4.8 grams per four tablespoons, 3) Fresh salsa which contains ingredients such as onions and tomatoes, 4) Shrimp and mango salsa salad, 5) Black bean tortilla soup which contains fiber and is low in fat, 6) Shrimp enchiladas verde which is naturally low in fat, and 7) Black beans which contains 0.5 grams of fat per half a cup.
