There are many Mexican dishes that can be done gluten free. Most Mexican dishes contain gluten, but nowadays they became more open to making dishes that are gluten free to serve not only those with gluten-related disorders, but also those who prefer to consume various kinds of food that are gluten free. For example: Abuelo’s Mexican Food Embassy offers gluten free menu which includes guacamole salad, shrimp fajita salad, soft taco plate, tamale plate, ribeye steak, pork tenderloin with Honey Chile glaze, Bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp and pescado.

Blue Mesa Grill also offers gluten free Mexican dishes such as queso blanco, southwestern Caesar, Blue Mesa Churrascaritas, free range chicken with roasted serrano pesto, red chile crusted salmon, vegetable sampler, and red table salsa. If ever you want to try out gluten free dishes, you can ask your server if they offer one or you can simple search the internet and look for a Mexican restaurant that offers gluten free Mexican dishes.
