The civil war was initiated by many things. Tax and tariff, slavery and congress making laws to benefit the North or the South were parts of the reason. The North and South had agreement but with the efficient growth in the economy of the North, they shifted from farming to industry, causing the fall of the economy in the South.

The South maintained a farming economy based on slave labor and depended heavily in it for their way of life while the North no longer needed slaves due to the growth in industrialization.

Slavery was abolished in the North and the South saw this as a threat since it depended greatly on it for the growth of its economy. This led to the Kansas fight. After the fight, Abraham Lincoln was elected as President, the South was not in support and wanted to leave the United States which he was against and then he sent troops which began the war.

The correct answer is In Arizona, thermometers are required in the kitchen for several reasons which include: monitoring temperatures of food in the refrigerator and freezer. Refrigerator temperature show be kept at or below 40oF (4oC) and the freezer temperature should be at 0oF (-18oC).

This is recommended to keep food safe from possible bacteria contamination. So thermometer is required to check the temperature in the refrigerator. Thermometers are also required in kitchen to check hot holding temperatures on steam table. Foods on steam tables are expected to be kept at 135oF or higher because if temperature falls below this, it encourages the growth of bacteria.

In Arizona, thermometers are required in commercial kitchens to check the temperature in which food is stored and served, including in the refrigerator, freezer, and steam table. Additionally, thermometers are kept in each refrigerator and freezer to ensure that food is kept at safe temperatures.

Food should be stored below 41 degrees F in the refrigerator and at 0 degrees F in the freezer. Food on steam tables should be kept at 135 degrees F or higher to be safe, and frequent checks with thermometers are necessary to verify that.
