One of the significant differences between NFC and Bluetooth is the range because Bluetooth can work from 10 to 100 meters while NFC works well when the two items are no more than 20 centimeters apart. Another difference between the two is speed. Bluetooth quality may not be good enough for networking with just over 2 Mbps.

It is used to send pictures to another phone or your laptop. NFC has slow speed and short-range, as it moves at only over 400 kbps, and does not require a powerful radio like Bluetooth. It expends as little power as possible. Bluetooth must be turned on first, and then pair both machines, then you can do what you want.

Bluetooth is not compatible with RFID and cannot work in the same way. Bluetooth is meant for extended connections with other devices such as computers, headsets, keyboards, and other mobile phones. It necessitates speedy data and an excellent range to work.

NFC or Near Field Communications and Bluetooth are two wireless technologies. Although NFC and Bluetooth are similar in some ways, there are still some differences between the two. For instance, NFC and Bluetooth can't ensure a good connection between the two devices when they are very far from each other. However, Bluetooth can still provide a connection between two devices that are 10 to 100 meters apart. On the contrary, NFC can only ensure a connection between two devices that are not more than 20cm away from each other. This means you will need to bring the two devices very close to each other before NFC can work. Another way to differentiate between Bluetooth and NFC is to compare their speed. Bluetooth offers more speed compared to NFC. NFC has a speed of 400kbps, whereas Bluetooth can still boast of 2Mbps. NFC does not consume more power like Bluetooth, and you won't need to pair devices when using NFC, unlike Bluetooth.

NFC and Bluetooth may be used for transferring files and data. Between the two, NFC will have a shorter range. Some would say that it will only be up to 20 centimeters. Bluetooth, on the other hand, will have a range from 5 meters to 10 meters. Another thing that you should know is that the amount of data that will be available is also going to be different. With NFC, there may be some things that cannot be transferred. These files or data can be transferred with the use of Bluetooth instead. One advantage of NFC over Bluetooth is that it will be able to transfer files so much faster than Bluetooth.

If you would like to transfer files, you may choose between using NFC and Bluetooth. One main difference between the two is the range that they are going to have. NFC is going to have a short-range that is about 20 cm. Bluetooth will have a longer range. The range will be about 5 to 10 meters. Another thing that you have to know is that the transfer of files when you are using NFC is going to take longer, and there may be a lot of restrictions that are involved. You will have an easier time using Bluetooth. Of course, there are now other ways that you can use when you are transferring files that will not be too tightly controlled.

NFC is known to be a type of wireless data technology that some people would like to use. Bluetooth is known to be used for this purpose too. One main difference between the two is the distance that they will work.

NFC is known to be a type of wireless data technology that some people would like to use. Bluetooth
Bluetooth can usually work up to 30 feet, while NFC will be able to work for up to 20cm. Based on this alone, you can already guess that Bluetooth is going to be more effective if the devices that should be connected to each other are a bit far. If in case you would like to connect faster, though, and the devices are nearby, NFC can definitely be effective.
