What is the difference between Donation and Grant?

It can be confusing to know the difference between donations and grants because people know that they are gifts. Yet, you need to realize that they still have some differences that will help you recognize one from the other. People would need to stick to the requirement of the conditions so that they will continue getting the benefits of receiving a grant. A donation, on the other hand, is going to be different.
