The ICD code, on the other hand, is the term used to describe a type of disease that has been diagnosed or a medical condition.
A lot of people are saying that the CPT code is considered to be more complex and complicated as compared to the ICD code. These manual codes are actually very helpful because these codes are being used not only by medical practitioners but also by billers.
