There are about three common and noticeable factors that bring about fatigue. Number one is that minimum and maximum peak values which have very large fluctuation must be contained in the loading pattern. Although the values might be in compression and might be changing with time but the reverse loading cycle is of necessity to be high enough in order for fatigue to happen. Number two, the levels of the peak stress must be great, if it is little there will be no initiation of the fatigue crack.

Lastly, the material must have a huge number of cycles of applied stress. The required number of cycles that would cause the fatigue crack depends solely on the first. While these are named the most important factors affecting fatigue, there are a host of other factors that affects fatigue. Other factors affecting fatigue include; stress, the metallurgical structure, corrosion of material, residue stress, and temperature of the material.

Fatigue may be related to a plethora of issues. It can come because of using drugs or alcohol, a lack of physical activity, or too much physical activity without proper subsistence. It could also be caused by an underlying medical problem such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, heart disease, or hypothyroidism.

Women are especially vulnerable to hypothyroidism or other hormonal imbalances, which can cause fatigue. Most of the time, fatigue can be explained, and it might not be a simple solution, but some reasons may stand out. Not getting enough sleep is another evident cause of fatigue, and sleep is imperative for everyone.

Most people function best with 8-10 hours a night. With our busy lifestyles, it is more realistic to aim for eight hours a night. Fatigue is also commonly linked with depression. The two seem to be one and the same with each other, especially in the winter while the daytime is shorter and the sun is scarce, which also decreases our vitamin D intake. If you are suffering from fatigue that interferes with your life, you should make it a point to visit your doctor.

Many factors can affect fatigue, including not getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep has a negative effect on your body, as every night your body needs to restore and refuel for the next day. If you do not get at least eight solid hours of sleep, it can be extremely detrimental to your health.

Sleep apnea is another common reason why you may be tired. It is a severe sleep disorder in which people can briefly stop breathing for short periods during sleep. Obesity, smoking, and drinking alcohol can all worsen the symptoms of sleep apnea, and your doctor may prescribe a CPAP device, which helps to keep your airways clear as you are sleeping. If you eat foodstuffs that are not good for you, it can make you tired. If your diet consists of fried foods and indulgent sweet stuff, you are eating the wrong foods and depriving yourself of essential nutrients, such as the kind that comes from fruits and vegetables.

Not getting enough exercise is another cause of fatigue. Exercise helps to give your body energy, and it also gives your overall mood a boost. People who do not get sufficient exercise are likely to be more tired than those who regularly hit the gym. Anemia is another culprit. If you are not getting an adequate quantity of iron, your body will not procure the oxygen it needs for energy. Women who have heavy menstrual periods and those who are pregnant tend to have this problem.

There are different factors that can make people feel more tired than usual. Overworking is always going to be one of the reasons why people would feel fatigued. The more work that they have to finish in a limited time period, the more stress that they will experience.

Stress is also one of the factors that will contribute to fatigue. The environment is also another factor that can trigger fatigue. Let us say that a person is uncomfortable in his working space, this will add some more stress that can make it harder for the person to concentrate on the tasks that he is doing. The strain will also make a person feel more tired.

There are different reasons why people may experience fatigue. There are some who will develop fatigue because of their poor lifestyle choices. This means that they would not sleep well enough and they would be working even in the early hours of the morning. Some would allow themselves to be overworked and stressed out.

There are also some who may develop chronic fatigue because of some medical conditions that they were not able to fully recover from. People who are feeling tired can always take enough rest in order to feel better. The more tired a person feels, the higher the chances that he will not be able to get any work done.

Fatigue is a common symptom, which can sometimes be related or connected with conditions, and it ranges in severity from mild to profound. Often, fatigue can result from poor habits and routines, namely, a lack of exercise. It is also commonly synonymous with depression. Fatigue can also be related to alcohol or drug use, certain medications, lack of physical activity, and not getting enough sleep in general.

Sometimes certain medical conditions can affect fatigue, such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, acute liver failure, heart disease, and hypothyroidism. When you are fatigued, you lack motivation and energy. If your fatigue persists even after you obtain adequate rest and nutrition, you should see a doctor for testing and diagnosis.
