If in case you are wondering what PBX and VoIP are, these are two of the things that can be used to reach an end goal. PBX means Public Branch Exchange Systems, while VoIP means Voice Over Internet Protocol. Between the two, PBX is the one that has been used by a lot of people to communicate for a long time. This is something that a lot of companies are already familiar with.

VoIP has made it possible for people to use the internet when they want to make calls from all over the world. There was a time when calling someone from far away is going to be expensive, but right now, this is something that can be done for a minimal fee. It can also be free.
