Can you name the European countries?

Europe is a continent and has a quite number of countries in it. The total geographical area of Europe is 10.168 million km². There are about 44 sovereign states in Europe. Naming those countries is something that should not cost anybody a lot of stress because the continent houses so many big nations of the world. And it should be noted that European Union which has just 28 countries as its members should not be confused for the continent of Europe.
