The government would love for all the nation to use a Blackberry when it comes to their choice in a smart phone. But why? Do they just prefer the service? Some have suspected that the government gets a kickback but that is highly unlikely. Still, there is an underlying reason that the FBI recently exposed quite by accident. When the government wants to access a personal phone record on an Apple phone, they are in for some difficulties in doing so.

Apple readily protects the privacy of their users. Not so with Blackberry and, in fact, Blackberries are usually fairly easy to get into anyway. The government, mainly the FBI, insist that they are just looking at individuals who may be a risk to national security, like terrorists. Some citizens, however, are not buying that. And, thus...are not buying Blackberries.
