Pulomonary embolisms are very dangerous and can come without warning. They often go undetected, even on xrays because blood clots do not show on xrays. It's important to know the symptoms in advance.
Shortness of breath, wheezing, loss of consciousness, dizziness, inability to breathe or to breathe properly, coughing up blood, a dull and aching chest pain, fainting, coughing, and pain in the calf or thigh are all signs of the issue.

One or more symptom may manifest but the all may not be present. If you have any/some/or all of these symptoms, contact your doctor immediately. Prompt treatment is imperative because such a condition can be fatal if not treated immediately.
