PayPal and Google Wallet allow you to purchase items online as well as to send money electronically. You can link a bank account, credit_card, or debit card to either PayPal or Google. Both require the e-mail addresses of the recipients to be able to send money, and in both cases, the recipient receives an e-mail with instructions on how to retrieve funds. When you use PayPal, you first have to log on to eBay, and you can pay directly through the site.

Most transaction details are entered automatically. There is a transaction fee with Google Wallet. Google .com can only be contacted by e-mail. PayPal has much better customer support. PayPal gives you 60 days to claim refunds. Google gives you 180 days to make a claim.
