A lot of times governments don’t want to use their money in their budgets to spend on waste management and environmental issues. They feel that they have other issues like education, health care and other departments to spend their money on. However, the environment is just as important as the other issues and departments. It seems that countries are also out of ideas about how to control the waste management issues.

It seems that they may be able to come up with a few ideas, but it is very difficult to implement them and even more difficult to control the people and force them to change their ways. However, usually the main reason is about money because governments really don’t want to spend their money on it.
