The environment is very important in Europe. Europeans take pollution and the environment very seriously. With one hundred ninety six participants agreed to this treaty. It covers global warming and climate control among other environmental factors. A plan must be set by all of the countries in the agreement to control global warming. Global warming affected global temperature and the increase of it over time.

Many negotiations are made among the countries with ways that these countries will help the environment. Some pollutants are banned by this agreement and treaty. There is hope that diesel will be eliminated or banned from use by the year 2025. This will occur by countries allowing only vehicles that do not use diesel to run on the roads.
