Gujarat is a state in India. It is located in the northwestern area of the country. It can be found on a peninsula called Kathiawar. It is one of the largest states in India. There are only five other states larger than this one.

Gujarat has a strong economy based on several different industries including agriculture where it has farms that produces milk, cotton and sugar cane to name a few. It also has an oil refinery and a shipbreaking yard.

However, India is known for producing far more movies than any other country in the world. Many people are not aware of this, but actually one production company is located in Gujarat and it is called Zari productions which produces lot of movies.
