Sales rep finds problem, then goes to their dsm. if editorial needs to make change, dsm must approve & sales rep must submit ticket to grouhelpon.zendesk.com (editorial). Once change is made, goes back to sales rep & sales rep then needs to create ticket for csinternal (providing all appropriate requirements in ticket) to send announcement to all customers.
