Was there any error message or unusual message displayed at any point of time recently?-since the server keeps logging and displaying status information as and when relevant, any observation of these error/status messages would help to recover the server without having to add to the downtime. if a server crashed everyday the client would not be without raising an alarm, and the troubleshooting would not be postponed until such time that the server crashed more than once. you are the person to investigate the cause for server crash, a question like that cannot be answered by the client or you would not be needed.
