To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee has become a literary classic and tackles racism, poverty, and social classes. Scout and Jem Finch are siblings who play every summer with their friend Dill. The Radley family lives near the Finch’s home and have had a number of unfortunate events occur in their lives over the years. Scout, Jem, and Dill take turns being characters in the Radley family and acting out a variety of scenes, including a stabbing scene, which supposedly took place in the past.

This game meets with strong disapproval from the Atticus Finch, their father, and they do eventually stop playing it.
