Coca- Cola is the type of beverage that Mr Raymond have in his paper sack.
Mr Dolphus Raymond is known as the town drunk because he always carries his drink in a paper sack and tends to sway a bit in his walk pretending to be drunk. Dill and Scout ran into Mr Raymond when running from the court house. Mr Raymond then offers Dill a sip of his drink. Scout is worried but Mr Raymond says to Dill that the drink will make him feel better.

After taking a sip, Dill discovers that Mr Raymond was only hiding a bottle of Coca – Cola in his infamous paper sack. Mr Raymond went on to explain some reasons for his odd behaviour (pretends to be drunk) to the children.

It was coca cola because the kids said that it was whisky, however, when Dill goes out crying about the way Mr. Gilmer talked to Tom, Mr.Raymond offers them a sip and scout says it was coca cola (Mr. Raymond explains hoe despite that, people assume its whisky due to assumptions of his alcoholism).
